Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Soft School.

1. Purpose of the Community

Soft School is a learning platform focused on developing soft skills, communication, and personal growth. Our community exists to support constructive learning, respectful dialogue, and steady self-improvement.

Participation in Soft School requires alignment with these standards. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension.

2. Maintain Respect

Treat all users with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, mockery, or degrading language are not permitted.

Disagreement is acceptable. Disrespect is not. If a contribution cannot be made constructively, it should not be made at all.

3. Support Learning at All Levels

Users engage with Soft School at different experience levels. Correct others constructively. Encourage progress. Do not shame mistakes or exploit knowledge gaps.

The platform is built for growth. Behavior that discourages participation undermines that purpose.

4. Protect Personal Information

Do not post or request private information, including phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, school names, schedules, or other identifying details.

Sharing personal data about yourself or others may result in removal of content or account access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Soft School may remove content or accounts engaged in:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats
  • Hate speech, racism, or intolerance
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Excessive profanity or violent content
  • Spam or deceptive practices
  • Impersonation of another person or organization
  • Cheating, scripting, or exploiting platform systems
  • Illegal activity or promotion of illegal behavior

6. Enforcement

Soft School reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

These guidelines apply to both the letter and the spirit of the rules. Attempts to bypass restrictions or exploit loopholes may result in loss of access.
